Pre-School Teacher

During the school year, one of our most difficult classes is our kindergarten class. This class is divided into three sections K1, K2, and K3.  The majority of the mothers of these students work as vendors, selling fruits and other goods. Once the child is around 2 years old, they are unable to bring them along while they work .Instead, these young toddlers will be left with neighbours or siblings.  Many accidents have happened due to the lack of supervision over the years, including one young boy drinking gasoline. We want these young children to have a safe place to go during their time off of school, where they will be properly cared for and have a chance to continue their learning!


Ages: Children in this group are young, ages 2-5. 

Volunteer Position Available:

Leader 

As the group leader, you will be in charge of the day to day running of the nursery group. 

Minimum Commitment: 4 weeks

*Two leaders for this group would be ideal. 


General volunteer

As a general volunteer for this group, you will assist the leader in running the program.

Minimum commitment: None


Group Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am- 11:30.
